A. Flight Bookings
•Flight cancellations are subject to the airline’s cancellation policies.
•Airlines may charge a cancellation fee depending on the fare type and time of cancellation.
•Some tickets (e.g., promo fares, non-refundable tickets) may not be eligible for refunds.
 
B. Hotel Bookings
•Cancellation charges depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
•Some hotel bookings are non-refundable, while others allow free cancellation within a specific time.
•No-shows will result in 100% booking charges.
 
C. Tour Packages
•Cancellation charges vary based on the destination, season, and service providers.
•Standard Cancellation Charges:
•30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
•15-29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
•7-14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
•Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total package cost (No Refund)
 
D. Visa Assistance & Travel Insurance
•Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable once the application is processed.
 
2. Refund Policy
 
A. General Refund Process
•Refunds will be processed as per the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers.
•Processing time for refunds may vary:
•Flights: 7-30 business days
•Hotels: 7-15 business days
•Tour Packages: 15-45 business days
•Other Services: As per provider policy
 
B. Mode of Refund
•Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
•Processing fees, convenience charges, and taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.
 
C. Non-Refundable Cases
•No refund will be provided for partially used services (e.g., early check-out, missed tours).
•No refunds for last-minute cancellations, unless allowed by service providers.
•Government-imposed restrictions (e.g., travel bans, visa denials) may not qualify for full refunds.
